MEET AT Bike Church – 703 Pacific Ave. (enter around the corner on Spruce St.)
Left on Pacific. Left on Locust. Left on Cedar. Left on Lincoln. Right on Pacific (Contra flow lane)
Pacific through various roundabouts to the SC Municipal Wharf.
>REGROUP: end of wharf!!
Disembark from the wharf. Right on Beach Street. Bear left on 3rd Street.
Right on Riverside – over Riverside Bridge. Right on San Lorenzo Blvd/East Cliff.
Left on Ocean Street. Right on Soquel. Right on Pine. Right on Seabright.
Left on Murray. Right on Lake.
>REGROUP- Palomar at the SC Harbor.
Head east on East Cliff. Straight onto 7th. Left into upper harbor – onto Arana Gulch bike path. Up the hill, towards Broadway. Right on Sumner. Left at Hanover. Right on Seabright.
Left on Soquel (from the new Bike Box!). Stop at Bicycle Trip for the For Kids Foundation Benefit, and all sorts of fun stuff. Hang for as long as we want, and roll on back towards downtown…
Right on Pacific. A few times around the block.
End at 703 Pacific Ave!
Bike safety has gotten a whole lot more fun than it used to be – bedazzled bikes with twinkly lights, reflective jackets, green lanes to name a few of our favorite things.
For this ride, let’s be loud and proud of bike safety – whether florescent orange vests, dorky 80’s helmets, or what ever suits your fancy, we’ll be visible (and audible) as heck.
Speaking of safety – Bike Party needs volunteers to help with ride safety. If you are interested in helping out, show up 20 minutes early to chat with the organizers.
